How to Delete Your Account
Follow these simple steps to permanently delete your MedRep account:
- Open the MedRep CRM app on your device
- Navigate to your Profile (tap your avatar or profile icon)
- Tap the three-dot menu (âŽ) in the top-right corner
- Select Delete Account
- Review the warning and confirm deletion
- You will receive a confirmation message
â ī¸ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All associated data will be deleted from our servers. You cannot recover your account or data after deletion.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following personal data is permanently removed:

What Data May Be Retained
For legal and security purposes, we may retain:
- Anonymized system logs for up to 30 days (cannot be linked to your account)
- Financial records required by law (in anonymized form)
- Backup data for up to 7 days during our backup cycle
Deletion Timeline
Your account deletion request will be processed as follows:
- Immediate: Your account is deactivated and all personal data is removed from active systems
- 24-48 hours: All associated data is purged from our primary databases
- 7 days: Backup systems are updated to reflect the deletion

Can I cancel my deletion request?
Once your deletion request is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. The process is permanent after you confirm deletion in the app.
Will my data be shared with third parties?
No. When you delete your account, we immediately cease all data processing and will not share your data with third parties.

Your account is deactivated immediately. Complete deletion from all systems takes up to 48 hours.
